How it works
One central customer profile containing all data
tritonX connects via direct APIs and automatic exports to the systems you already use. Once an integration is active, data such as customer profiles and transactions are exchanged automatically.
Changes in the customer profile at the till are sent in real-time and are therefore immediately known on the webshop.
Orders are linked to the omnichannel customer profile and therefore also immediately to the loyalty programme. Customer registrations are also processed automatically.
Segments and customer data are synchronised so you always use the most up-to-date target audience for your campaigns.
