tritonX applies the following No-Show Policy for scheduled Project Management & Consultancy appointments:
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Definition of a No-Show: A no-show is defined as the failure to attend a scheduled consultancy or project management appointment/meeting without prior written notice of cancellation.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 business days before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation within 2 business days: If an appointment is cancelled within 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, 50% of the scheduled consultancy hours will be charged.
No-Show: If an attendee fails to participate in the scheduled appointment without prior notice, 100% of the agreed consultancy hours will be charged.
